Where is the store located?
I ship from Germany.

How often do you ship orders?

Every friday.

Are the shipping orders tracked?
Yes, I provide tracking for all shipped items.

What is your return policy?
You can step back from the purchase of a physical product within 14 days. Further information about the withdrawal process and a template to request a withdrawal can be found on this page: www.si35manga.com/withdrawal

Digital products can not be returned or refunded.

My payment option doesn’t appear at the checkout page even though it is listed at the bottom of the store.
Check if you are logged in and verified to use this payment option on your current device/browser. For some payment services (e.g. Apple Pay and Google Pay) you must be logged in with your account for the payment option to appear at the checkout page.

Who is responsible for the website, store and shipping of products?
The SI35:Store is handled by myself, the author of the manga (Michi). All profits support the creation of the manga directly and the small one person business behind it.
